1. Delivery in the UAE
We offer delivery across the UAE for all posters. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after purchase.
2. Delivery Time
- Dubai & Abu Dhabi: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.
- Other Emirates: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
3. International Shipping
- We offer worldwide shipping at an additional cost. Shipping fees vary based on destination and package size.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.
4. Order Processing & Tracking
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Tracking details will be provided once the order is dispatched.
5. Delivery Issues
- If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at info@blankd.ae.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your poster arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.
